<strong>Face wash:</strong> use a dime sized amount for your whole face, rinse well. use am and pm\r\n<strong>Treatment:</strong> 1/2 a dropper amount into your hands and pat into your whole face. add a layer of moisturizer to lock it in.\r\n<strong>Moisturizer:</strong> thin layer to dry areas of the face, am and pm\r\n<strong>SPF:</strong> use 2 finger lengths of product to cover your whole face. Reapply if sweating or swimming.
